Rosemary

$10

Earthy, fresh, invigorating. Rosemary is one of the oldest herbs in Mediterranean tradition — used in cooking, medicine, and ritual. Green clay draws out impurities and gives the bar its distinctive sage color. Particularly good for oily scalps and anyone who wants to start the morning properly awake.

Scent Notes

Sharp, herbal, camphoraceous. Clean in the way that only plants smell clean. The green clay adds a subtle earthiness that keeps it from being sharp. Fades quickly on the skin to a faint freshness.

How to Use

Lather on wet skin. The green clay works as a mild purifying agent — good for oily or combination skin. The scent is most vivid in a warm shower. Rinse fully with cool water to close pores.

Particularly suited to oily scalps. Lather in hands first, then massage into the scalp and work through hair. The green clay absorbs excess oil at the root. Rinse well. Apple cider vinegar rinse (1 tbsp per cup water) helps in hard water areas.

A note on rosemary essential oil Rosemary essential oil is potent. If you have sensitive skin or a sensitive scalp, patch test before first use. Apply a small lather to your inner arm and leave for a few minutes before rinsing. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
